Total Liquidity means the sum of (i) the aggregate dollar value of the Preferred Stock Portfolio, plus (ii) the aggregate amount of cash and Cash Equivalents in the Cash Investment Accounts, plus (iii) the aggregate dollar value of such other investments acceptable to Lender in its discretion, plus (iv) Excess Availability.
