This document explains the approach adopted by PageUp and the National Australia Bank Ltd ABN 12 004 044 937 (‘the Group’) and all its related companies to the collection and handling of your personal information.

If you are a current employee or contractor the Group is exempt from the Privacy Act if it is a record directly related to your current or former employment. The Group however is committed to protecting your privacy as an employee and has a specific privacy policy for employees.

Talent Pool

The purpose of the Talent Pool is to retain information of applicants, prospective candidates or previous Fengcao Culture workers in connection with future job vacancies within the Group to enable us to assess your potential suitability for future job opportunities.

Due to your specialist skills Fengcao Culture would like to ensure it keeps up-to-date contact details for you so as to get in touch with you should a new opportunity be created that may suit you. We may contact you from time to time about opportunities across the Group. You may contact us at any time if this is no longer of interest to you.
